“Going above and beyond as an agent” doesn’t begin to describe what Ameera did for us. We were looking for a full-service agent who could help us buy a home in the east side of the city and sell our condo in the west end - Ameera did all of this and more. As a buyer’s agent, she shows a deep understanding of the neighbourhoods we liked, things to watch out for in houses which was super useful because all of that was new to us. She understood our tastes and found us a property that we ourselves probably would have overlooked without her insight, and negotiated a great offer for us. What separates Ameera I’d say from other agents I’ve worked with is that the service didn’t stop there - Ameera helped us settle in to our new home by connecting us with trusted service providers our family needed, but most importantly by allowing us to “hand her the keys” to our condo where she would take care of everything to get it sold. While we unpacked and adjusted, Ameera coordinated restoration work, painting, staging, photography, open houses and marketing. In a very unfriendly condo seller’s market Ameera actually achieved getting us multiple offers for our condo and ultimately a deal we were happy with. I can’t recommend Ameera enough!

Until I crossed paths with Ameera, I was convinced that an agent was unnecessary in the home buying process. I believed that if I did ample research, I could successfully find a house, and my partner and I genuinely tried this route first. It became a case of “we didn’t know what we didn’t know”.
Ameera is persistent and patient. The previous 49 houses provided great learning for us.
